【摘要】:ThisclauseofPart1isreplacedbythefollowing.Thisstandarddealswiththesafetyofelectricallyoperatedcommercialkitchenmachinesnotintendedforhouseholduse,theirratedvoltagebeingnotmorethan250Vforsinglephaseappliancesconnectedbetweenonephaseandneutral,and480Vforotherappliances.NOTE101Theseappliancesareusedforexampleinrestaurants,canteens,hospitalsandcommercialenterprisessuchasbakeries,butchers,etc.NOTE102ExampLesofkitchenmachinesare-mixers;-liquidorfoodblenders;-kneaders;-beaters:-shredders;-graters:-mincers;-slicers;-peelers;-tinopeners;-coffeegrinders;-machinesusedforwashingand/ordryingfood;-portioningmachines;pastryrollers;-noodlestripcutters;-foodprocessors;-beammixers.Thisstandardalsoappliestoapplianceswhich,inordertofacilitatetransport,aresuppliedinseveralparts(sub-assemblies)which,whenassembledattheplaceofinstallation,formaconstructionalunitwithouttheuseofanyadditionalparts.Theelectricalpartofappliancesmakinguseofotherformsofenergyisalsowithinthescopeofthisstandard.Asfarasispracticable,thisstandarddealswiththecommonhazardspresentedbythesetypesofappliances.NOTE103Attentionisdrawntothefactthat-forappliancesintendedtobeusedinvehiclesoronboardshipsoraircraft,additionalrequirementsmaybenecessary;-inmanycountries,additionalrequirementsarespecifiedbythenationalhealthauthorities,thenationalauthoritiesresponsiblefortheprotectionoflabour,thenationalwatersupplyauthoritiesandsimilarauthorities.NOTE104Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoappliancesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialpurposes;appliancesintendedtobeusedinlocationswherespecialconditionsprevail,suchasthepresenceofacorrosiveorexplosiveatmosphere(dust,vapourorgas);continuousprocessappliancesforthemassproductionoffood;independentconveyingequipment,suchasfooddistributionbelts.
