【摘要】:ThispartofISO7884specifiesamethodofdeterminingthedynamicviscosityofglassonarod-shapedtestspecimen(calledabeam)supportedatitsends.Theviscousdeflectionrateofthebeamismeasuredunderagivenloadatthemidpointbetweenthesupports.Inadditiontheviscosity-temperaturerelationshipandthedependenceoftheviscosityonthethermalhistoryofthesamplecanbedetermined.Theviscosityrangecoveredbythismethodextendsfrom10to10dPa·s,correspondingtomeasuringtemperaturesbe-tweenabout900and400?forallglassesofnormalbulk-productioncompositions.Theproceduresarelimitedtosmalldeflectionsandtosmalldeflectionrates(see3.6).NOTE—Duringbeambending,elongationflowsofbothsignsoccur(zeropassagewithintheneutralplane).ThedeterminationofshearviscosityispossibleonlywithNewtonianorlinear-viscoelasticbehaviouroftheglass.Theproceduresaresensitivetointerferencebydevitrificationofthesample.Withviscositiesabove10dPa·sthead-justmentofthestructureequilibriumwithintheglassisperceptiblydelayedwithrespecttothetemperaturesetting.Fortestswithinthisrangeitshouldbeagreedwhetheritisnecessarytowaitforthefinalequilibriumviscosityatagiventemperatureortotaketheviscosityvaluecorrespondingtoaconventionaltemperature-timeprogramme(see6.3).note:*1dPa·s=1dN·s/m=1P(Pisthesymbolforpoise)
