【摘要】:ThelimitsinthisInternationalStandardaredesignedtoprovideprotectionforbroadcastreceiversinthefrequencyrangeof30MHzto1000MHzwhenusedintheresidentialenvironment.Compliancewiththisstandardmaynotprovideadequateprotectionfornewtypesofradiotransmissionsorreceiversusedintheresidentialenvironmentnearerthan10mtothevehicleordevice.NOTE1Experiencehasshownthatcompliancewiththisstandardmayprovidesatisfactoryprotectionforreceiversofothertypesoftransmissionswhenusedintheresidentialenvironment,includingradiotransmissionsinfrequencyrangesotherthanthatspecified.Thisstandardappliestotheemissionofbroadbandandnarrowbandelectromagneticenergywhichmaycauseinterferencetoradioreceptionandwhichisemittedfroma)vehiclespropelledbyaninternalcombustionengine,electricalmeansorboth(see3.1);b)boatspropelledbyaninternalcombustionengine,electricalmeansorboth(see3.2).Boatsaretobetestedinthesamemannerasvehiclesexceptwheretheyhaveuniquecharacteristicsasexplicitlystatedinthisstandard;c)devicesequippedwithinternalcombustionengines(see3.3).Thisstandardincludeslimitsandtestmethodsforbothbroadbandandnarrowbandemissions.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoaircraft,tractionsystems(railway,tramwayandtrolleybus),ortoincompletevehicles.NOTE2Protectionofreceiversusedonboardthesamevehicleasthedisturbancesource(s)arecoveredbyCISPR25.Themeasurementofelectromagneticdisturbanceswhilethevehicleisconnectedtopowermainsforchargingisnotcoveredinthisstandard.TheuserisreferredtoappropriateIECandCISPRstandardswhichdefinemeasurementtechniquesandlimitsforthiscondition.
