【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60519isapplicabletoindustrialelectroheatinstallations,whichmaycompriseelectroheatequipmentinthevoltagerangeupto3600Va.c.or5000Vd.c,anddealswiththegeneralsafetyrequirements.WhererequirementsgiveninthisstandarddifferfromthosegiveninotherIECpublications,anequivalentdegreeofsafetyshallbeensured.Thepresentrequirementsapplytoindustrialelectroheatandassociatedtreatmentinstallationssuchas:-directarcfurnaces;-submergedarcfurnaces;-equipmentforarcheating(otherthanarcfurnaces);-electroslagremeltingfurnaces;-plasmaequipment;-inductionmeltingfurnaces;-equipmentforinductionheating;-equipmentfordirectresistanceheating;-equipmentforindirectresistanceheating;-equipmentforinfra-redradiationheating;-equipmentfordielectricheating;-equipmentwithelectronguns;-microwaveheatingequipment;-industriallaserequipment;-electroheatsurfacetreatmentequipment.NOTEThelistisintendedtopresentsometypicalexamplesofinstallationscoveredbythisstandard.Itisnotexhaustive.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletoelectriccookingandheatingequipmentforhouseholdorweldingpurposes,nordoesitapplytospaceheatingofanykind.Thisstandardreferstothenormaloperationofindustrialelectroheatinstallations;itisalsointendedtoensurethesafetyofpersonsinthecaseofabnormaloperationandwhenfaultsoccurinelectroheatinstallations.Inspection,commissioning,utilizationandmaintenancearedealtwithinClause16.Thisstandardassumesthattheinstallationsareoperatedandmaintainedbyskilledorinstructedpersonsaccordingto3.1.8and3.1.9.
