【摘要】:1.1GeneralStandardsofEN50083seriesdealwithcablenetworksfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesincludingequipment,systemsandinstallations-forheadend-reception,processinganddistributionofsoundandtelevisionsignalsandtheirassociateddatasignalsand-ofsignalsforinteractiveservicesusingallapplicabletransmissionmedia.Allkindsofnetworkslike-CATV-networks-MATV-andSMATV-networks-individualreceivingnetworksandallkindsofequipment,systemsandinstallationsinstalledinsuchnetworks,arewithinthisscopeTheextentofthisstandardisationworkisfromtheantennas,specialsignalsourceinputstotheheadendorotherinterfacepointstothenetworkuptothesystemoutletortheterminalinput,wherenosystemoutletexists.Thestandardisationofanyuserterminals(i.e.tuners,receivers,decoders,multimediaterminalsetc.)aswellasofanycoaxialandopticalcablesandaccessoriesthereforisexcluded.1.2Specificscopeofthispart8Thisstandardappliestotheradiationcharacteristicsandimmunitytoelectromagneticdisturbanceofcablenetworksfortelevisionsignals,soundsignalsandinteractiveservicesandcoversthefrequencyrange0,15MHzto3,0GHz.ThisstandardspecifiesEMCperformancerequirementsandlaysdownthemethodsofmeasurement.Cablenetworksbeyondthesystemoutlets(e.g.thereceiverlead,insimplestterms)whichbeginatthesystemoutletandendatthesubscriber'sterminalequipmentshallcomplywiththeserecommendationsprovidedthatnootherspecificprovisionsapply.RequirementsfortheelectromagneticcompatibilityofreceiverleadsarelaiddowninEN6096624,EN6096625andEN6096626.Tominimisetheriskofinterferencetootherradioservicescausedbypossibleradiationfromacablenetworkandtolimitthepossiblepenetrationofexternalsignalswhichmayinterferewiththeoperationofanetwork,itisnecessarynotonlytouseequipmentwhichsatisfiestherequirementsofEN50083-2regardinglimitsofradiationandofimmunitytoexternalfieldsbutalsotoensuretheintegrityofallcableconnectionsoneachitemofactiveorpassivecablenetworkequipment.Cablenetworksemployingcoaxialcablescanbeasourceofinterferencetoawiderangeofservicesthatutilisetheradiofrequencyspectrum.Theseincludenotonlytheemergencyservices,safetyoflife,broadcasting,aeronauticalandradionavigationservicesbutalsolandmobile,amateurandcellularradioservices.Asexistingandplannedradioservicesneedtobeprotected,radiationlimitsspecifiedforcablenetworksshouldcompliedwith.Additionalprotectionforcertainservicesmayberequiredbynationalregulations.
