【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardgivesguidancetothemanufacturerofsamplingandinoculationdevicesonprovidinginstructionsinthemanufacturer'sdocumentationaccompanyinghisproductsinaccordancewithprEN13312-3.Ithasthepurposeofpointingouttohimwhichhazardscanoccurduringoperation,sothathecantaketheseintoaccountinanadequatewayduringconstructionandwillbeinapositiontoformulateinformationforusegivingadequateconsiderationofsafety.ThisEuropeanStandardcanalsoprovideaframeworkfortheuserofsamplingandinoculationdevicestoassessneworexistingsamplingorinoculationdevicestoimplementasafeoperationandmaintenanceregimebyrestrictingrelease,asnecessary,ofmicroorganismsintotheworkplaceandtheenvironment.Samplingandinoculationincludethetransferofmicroorganismsfromoneclosedsystemintoanotherclosedsystemlikecollectionofsamplesorinoculationofafermenterwithastarterculture.ThisEuropeanStandardapplieswherethesamplingorinoculationproceduresincludehazardousorpotentiallyhazardousmicroorganismsusedinbiotechnologicalprocessesand/orwhereexposureoftheworkerortheenvironmenttosuchmicroorganismsisrestrictedforreasonsofsafety.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletotransporttoandfromasafeplaceandfinalanalysisofasample,norisitapplicabletosamplingofrawmaterialsandairsamplingdevicesusedtodeterminemicrobialairqualityintheworkplace.
